Products unused and in perfect condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from purchase with the original receipt.
Personalised items, incomplete batches (kits), earphones, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned. CITES are mandatory to return exotic products. Fragrance must be returned in sealed packaging within the country of purchase. All returns of beauty products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in pristine condition within the country of purchase.
Watches and jewelry returns mandatorily require Louis Vuitton expert verification in specialized stores, with original receipt, packaging, warranty, and certificates.
With the exclusion of any airport stores worldwide, returns will be accepted for exchange or store credit in any Louis Vuitton store with the exception of Brazil, China, Colombia, India, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Russia, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam provided tax-refund has not been made in the origin country. Airport and department stores can only process a return or exchange for items purchased from original store.
